  • Philosophy

    At we believe that Personal training is not a luxury. It is an investment in your health and well-being. In the current climate of obesity and illnesses associated with lack of exercise, we need to change our attitudes. Experts say exercise needs to become a priority in the 21st century, and should be rated as important as family and friends as well as our social and work lives. Please note that the Government minimum recommended amount of time to spend on exercise per week (in order to start feeling and seeing results) is:

  • 30 mins moderate exercise 5 times per week (to reduce mortality, ie: live longer!)
  • 20-60 mins vigorous exercise 3 times per week (to maximise aerobic fitness and reduce mortality


  • What environment will I be in during my Personal Training sessions?

    We offer one-to-one Personal Training sessions mainly in our home gym studio but we are also happy to visit your home or even meet in a park! Depending on your requirements, the sessions can include aerobic and resistance training and may include accessories such as free weights, steps and stability balls etc. or they can involve the use of our VibroGym Powerplate for Whole Body Vibration training. Alternatively, I can take you outside to run or power walk.
